No more time shifts. Since March 1, all entrepreneurs should use new forms of fiscal checks.
Since March 1, new forms of regulating documents (fiscal checks) have been introduced in Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance’s press service.
The initial date, which new requirements for the form and content of the regulating documents must be applied, is referred to on January 1, 2025. But the transfer period has expanded two months.
“That is, the Ministry of Finance went to the business meeting and postponed the introduction of new forms of negotiating documents for two months to provide business creatures to promote the work of registering operations and programmatic registrars of registration operations,” the department said.
The Ministry of Finance said there was no other delay.
In addition, the government has ordered to provide the test mode of the functioning of the electronic system for the circulation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco and fluid products used in electronic cigarettes.
One of the main sources of information for this system should be calculated documents in a new form that should indicate a unique electronic excise tax brand or the serial number of the electronic excise stamp, which is not indicated before the new requirements in the regulating documents.
Remember, the Ministry of Finance approved a new form of a fiscal check. New forced fields have been added to the checks. Also, in front of the check number, it is necessary to prescribe the word “check”, and the consumer will understand where the number is the check. Separately, you should print the date and time of the release of a check.
The structure of the checks is simplified: some lines are removed, for example, “cashier” and “EPZ holder”. Through the QR code, checks can be checked on the state’s tax service website.
Remember that in Ukraine at the beginning of 2024 there are 500 billion UAHs of unspecified shade taxes.
