The Ministry of Regional Development received the first 4.3 billion UAH for the implementation of housing certificates for internal transferred people. This was announced by the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories Alexei Kuteb on Monday, February 17.
According to him, 50 families have acquired new homes, while another 2.5 thousand families submitted applications for the reservation.
The government is a full -fledged UAH 15 billion in the program, which will provide housing of nearly 10 thousand families. In 2025, 4 billion UAH was additional given for compensation for damaged and destroyed ownership.
In addition, Ukraine is attracted to international financing: an agreement has been reached to the bank for the development of the European Council in the provision of UAH 4.2 billion. The development of an integrated IDP support program continues, which includes housing, employment, medical and social assistance.
A separate area is the development of municipal housing for immigrants with European investment bank support. 400 million euros were sent to the first phase of the project.
Kuleba noted that the work of attracting additional resources continues to provide immigrants with bright and affordable public services, including housing.
