Part of privatbank clients reached a limit for shifting within two days

The memorandum introduced by banks should resolve the situation, as financial abuses are not limited to card transfers.

At the time of the limit of the limit, the Memorandum of Financial Control was signed by 44 banks and two financial companies – Novapay and Rozetkapay. The document provides for a phased decrease in the limit for customers with average and low risk levels: up to 100 thousand hryvnias from June 2025.

Restrictions are associated not only with P2P transfers, but also to all operations from current accounts in favor of individuals, in particular transfer to Iban. While the network’s retail calculations and cash removal were left without restrictions.

Remember that a number of Ukrainian banks and two financial associations have signed a memorandum to reduce monthly limits to card transfers and strengthen control of certain customer operations.
