The leader of Energoatom also noted that in the past year the company sent UAH 116.3 billion (without VAT) of its own fund or 58% of net income to pay for PSO, that is, in support of fixed tariffs of electricity for the population. In budgets of all levels in 2024, 28.8 billion UAH tax payment is paid, which is 35% more than 2023.
According to Kotin, the results of the Energoatom in 2024 “prove the high efficiency of the work of the domestic atomic generation and the need to develop in the long run.”
