The rate of hryvnia is reinforced in relation to the dollar and the euro in the cash market. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with a reference to data monitoring Thursday, January 30.
The average rate of selling dollars in Ukraine was reduced by 10 kopecks to 42.10 hryvnias, the euro rate fell 15 kopecks at 44.10 hryvnias.
Now at the exchange points they buy a dollar on average 41.70 hryvnias, and the Euro – 43.40 hryvnias each.
In the interbank, the American currency is at 41.88-41.91 UAH/Dollar (Purchase and Sale) -13 Kopecks less than the closing of the previous day.
Yesterday, the National Bank reduced the dollar to Hryvnia on Thursday after a two-day increase in a row-41.9294 Hryvnias (-0.0901 UAH). The official euro exchange rate is 43.6192 UAH (-0,1651 UAH).
Remember that last week in Ukraine the demand for money was reduced. The dollar rate fell by 20 kopecks and sank below 42 hryvnias.
On January 20-24, the NBU sold $ 756.25 million in the interbank. It was 25.5% less than last week of January 13-17-1.015 billion dollars. Since the beginning of the year, the NBU sells nearly $ 3.2 billion in the interbank.
