Meanwhile, in La Libertad, the Chamber of Commerce expects the government to make a technical statement in support of the announced measure, as the news alone has caused concern among entrepreneurs.
Alfonso Medrano noted that about 70% of microentrepreneurs in freedom will be affected by a possible measure that has been initiated by the executive branch.
He recalled that during the state of emergency reduced indoor capacity led to 45% closures in the regionn affecting the local economy. For these reasons, he asked that the infection curve in this fourth wave be taken into account and that vaccination be stepped up.
