The American Regulator takes a step to strengthen the safety of the national currency and protect it from fakes.
In the United States, they are preparing to issue new dollar banknotes. This step aims to increase protection against fakes, the US reported engraving and press.
Thanks to many years of research and modern technology, advanced security tools will be included in the new design to maintain trust in American money and maintain economic stability.
The design of the banknotes will be published six to eight months before the release date to inform the public and training cashiers.
The Federal Reserve has published a schedule for updating the design of dollar banknotes:

$ 50 – 2028;

$ 20 – 2030;

$ 5 – 2032;

$ 100 – 2034.
Currently, all dollars issued since 1914 are running.
Keep in mind that in the largest volume in Ukraine circulation are banknotes with a face value of 500 hryvnias. At the same time, the number of banknotes of 1000 hryvnias in 2024 increased by almost 50%.
