The exchange rate of hryvnia continues to grow against the dollar in the cash market. By the end of the week, the growth rate of Hryvnia accelerated, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing tracking data Friday, January 24.
Thus, the average dollar sale rate fell another 15 kopecks, at 42.25 hryvnia, the euro exchange rate did not change – 44.25 hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy a dollar for an average of 41.75 hryvnia, and an euro for 43.55 hryvnia.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at 41.92-41.98 UAH/Dollar (Purchase and Sale) – 2 Kopecks less compared to the closing of the previous day.
Yesterday, for the first time since the beginning of 2025, the National Bank lowered the dollar to the Hryvnia exchange rate below 42 hryvnia – 41.9751 hryvnia per 1 dollar (-0.1336 UAH). The rate was lower on December 30, 2024 – 41.9403 UAH/Dollar.
The official euro exchange rate is also noticeable and is now in UAH 43.6709 (-0.2026 UAH).
