From January 1, 2025, Ukrenergo’s tariff will be 686.23 UAH/MWh excluding VAT. It will grow by 29.8%.
The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NEURC) has approved an increase in the electricity transmission tariff for Ukrenergo. This was learned following a meeting on Thursday, December 19.
Thus, from January 1, 2025, Ukrenergo’s tariff for electricity delivery will be 686.23 UAH/MWh excluding VAT. It will increase by 29.8% compared to the tariff in 2024 (528.57 UAH/MWh).
In addition, the regulator set a tariff for electricity delivery for “green” metallurgy in the amount of 359.55 UAH/MWh, which is 1.4% lower than the current one (currently 364.7 UAH/MWh).
The dispatch tariff for 2025 is set at 98.97 UAH/MWh, which is almost 5.5% lower than the current one – 104.7 UAH/MWh.
We remind you that initially it was planned to increase the electricity transmission tariff for Ukrenergo by 25.8% – up to 665.26 UAH/MWh.
As you know, on June 1, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers significantly increased electricity bills for the population – up to 4.32 UAH/kWh. At the same time, Ukraine increased the maximum price of electricity for businesses.
At the end of September, it became known that Ukraine temporarily increased the electricity tariff for consumers of the “last resort” supplier.
