The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the procedure for the implementation of this project, which determines how, where and when the funds will be received and where they can be spent.
The Cabinet of Ministers made a decision, which is part of the winter support for Ukrainian families – as part of the program, from December 1, each Ukrainian will receive 1,000 Hryvnia from the state. Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal announced this on Telegram following a government meeting on Friday, November 15.
“Today we are making a decision that is part of the winter support for Ukrainian families On the initiative of President Vladimir Zelensky, from December 1, every Ukrainian and every Ukrainian woman will receive one thousand hryvnias to pay for services and goods of Ukraine,” he wrote.
The Prime Minister noted that the government has adopted a procedure for the implementation of this project, which specifies how, where and when the funds will be received and where they can be spent.
At the same time, by its decision, the Cabinet of Ministers determined how one of the parents can order payment for their child, “the program concerns not only the elderly, but also to children.”
According to Shmygal, when deciding on Winter eSupport, the government sets itself three main goals, one of which is to financially support Ukrainian families.
“Funds from Winter eSupport can be spent on medicines, books, clothes, bus and train tickets, payments for utilities and other services, donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteers,” said of the head of the government.
The second goal of the project is to support Ukrainian services and Ukrainian producers, “after all, they will receive funds, and this is an additional incentive for our economy.”
“The third goal is to once again demonstrate the unity of Ukrainian society, because one of the options for using the funds is to support the Ukrainian army by transferring funds to the charity accounts of the Security and Defense Forces or a volunteer foundation that you trust,” Shmygal concluded.
Let’s remember that at the end of October, President Vladimir Zelensky announced new payments to Ukrainians within the range of 1,000 hryvnias per person.
Later, the Ministry of Economy said how to get this “thousand from Zelensky.”
