A presentation of a new commemorative coin from the “Armed Forces of Ukraine” series took place in the operational hall of the NBU.
The National Bank of Ukraine puts into circulation 10 million coins with a value of 10 UAH, dedicated to the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The General Staff announced this on Saturday, October 12.
“We decided to issue such a commemorative coin as gratitude. It became a kind of recognition of the importance and heroism of the military logisticians who created uninterrupted and reliable support for the Ukrainian Defense Forces during the resistance and repulse of the armed Russian invasion,” the message. said.

The main element of the ten-kopeck piece is the image of the Logistics Forces insignia, which is based on a stylized outline of a fortress with four bastions, on which rest crossed swords, hilts down, with blade becoming ears of wheat, and a shaft of Mercury located vertically. On the reverse there are inscriptions “Iron strength, unshakable will!”
Earlier it became known that the National Bank will change the design of the banknotes and add the patriotic slogan of Ukraine to them. This was said by the head of the NBU Andrey Pyshny.
