According to the results of trading in the interbank foreign exchange market, the dollar exchange rate remained stable at 41.15-41.18 UAH/dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine slightly increased the official exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia after two days of decline. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Monday, October 7.
The official exchange rate for tomorrow is set at UAH 41.1961. for 1 dollar (+0.0102 UAH). In turn, the euro fell sharply in price and on Tuesday it was worth UAH 45.2210 (-0.2112 UAH).
According to the results of trading on the interbank foreign exchange market, the dollar exchange rate remained stable at 41.15-41.18 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) and did not change compared to last Friday’s closing.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate increased by 5 kopecks to UAH 41.51.
Remind us that the NBU reduced the sale of foreign currency for the second week in a row. In total, since the beginning of 2024, the regulator has sold more than $24 billion in the interbank market.
It also became known that the National Bank will set the hryvnia exchange rate in a new way. The regulator presented a plan for moving to a – daily – basket of currencies to establish the official exchange rate.
