Sergey Shapran bought 50% of the shares from Mikhail Pyshny and on September 6 became the 100% owner of Stroyindustriya-service LTD LLC.
Businessman, founder of investment holding Alumeta Group, owner of Brovary aluminum smelter Sergei Shapran became the sole owner of Stroyindustry service company, which mines sand in the Kyiv region. This was reported by the press service of the National Association of Mining Industry of Ukraine.
Recently, Shapran bought 50% of the shares from Mikhail Pyshny and on September 6 became the 100% owner of Stroyindustry-Service LTD LLC, which, based on a special permit, extracts sand from the deposit of Spasskoye on the waters of the Desna River in the Kyiv region.
The Construction Industry-Service company was founded in 2003. Since 2013, it has been headed by Sergei Vasyanovich. According to YouControl, businessman Shapran in Construction Industry-Service in April 2024. At the same time, the company was further capitalized from UAH 2,175,000 to UAH 19,175,000, and in September – to UAH 20,000,000.
Currently, the Shapran business group is the owner of the following enterprises in the mining sector:

Uni Stone Plant – cutting, finishing, finishing and sale of decorative stone;

Uni Service – manufacture of explosives and blasting services;

Uni Lux – production and sale of decorative paving slabs;

Service to the construction industry – acquisition and sale of sand.
Shapran owns 90% of the shares in the authorized capital of these enterprises personally and 10% through a Danish investment fund.
