The winner of the auction is OLA FINE LLC with an authorized capital of 768 thousand Hryvnia. The sole shareholder of the company is the investment fund ARS CAPITAL, and the ultimate owner is Maxim Krippa, registered in the UAE.
The winning bidder now has 30 business days to pay the proposed price for the lot. In addition, he is obliged to fulfill all the established conditions of privatization: pay the wage debts to the budget, pay the dues, provide social guarantees to the employees in accordance with the requirements of the labor law, do not burn the hotel worker for six months, and maintain the main business activity.
