Ukraine has received more than 18 thousand tons of humanitarian aid in the energy sector since the start of a full-scale war with Russia. The Minister of Energy German Galushchenko said this, the Ministry of Energy reported on Wednesday, August 21.
“Since March 2022, 1,370 shipments with a total weight of about 18,200 tons from 36 countries have arrived in Ukraine. We sincerely thank our partners for their continued support to Ukraine and the energy sector of this,” he said in a speech to Congress. of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine in Kropyvnytskyi.
Galushchenko emphasized that the work to attract help from international partners is ongoing. Donor countries are expected to send another 251 supplies in the near future.
