In the interbank market, the American currency fell in price by 3 kopecks – to 41.37-41.40 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine has increased the exchange rate of the dollar and euro against the hryvnia. This trend continues for the third day, according to data on the regulator’s website on Tuesday, August 20.
Thus, the official dollar exchange rate for tomorrow is set at UAH 41.3459 (+0.0432 UAH). And the euro is worth 45.8195 UAH (+0.2110 UAH). This is a new historical high, the previous one was on August 19 – 45.6085.
In the interbank market, the American currency fell by 3 kopecks to 41.37-41.40 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar rose by 10 kopecks to 41.55 hryvnia.
Remind us that in July, Ukrainians bought a record amount of cash currency for 12 years – $2.775 billion. Net purchases were $1.117 billion.
