The State Property Fund of Ukraine has placed the first four real estate properties in Odessa and Zhytomyr regions with a starting price of 1 Hryvnia. The press service of the State Property Fund reported this on Thursday, August 15.
Facilities include administrative buildings and non-residential areas for various purposes.
The price of 1 hryvnia is a mechanism established by law for the period of martial law for determining the starting value of objects whose book price is zero or equal to zero.
The first object is a non-residential building with an area of 25.8 sq.m in Odessa. It is a former radio receiving center for air traffic control, built in 1975. The building is in need of current renovation.
The second object is an administrative building with a total area of 281.5 sq.m in the city of Reni, Odessa region. The structure includes a one-story building, a garage, a shed, a bathroom and a fence. The building was built in 1960 and has all the necessary communications.
The third object is a two-story administrative building with an area of 492 sq.m in the city of Balta, Odessa region. The complex, built in 1968, includes a boiler room, bathrooms, a barn and a garage.
The fourth object is a non-residential premises (office), with an area of 50.5 sq.m., in the city of Olevsk, Zhitomir region. The building has brick walls, covered with siding and all necessary communications.
The final value of the items may be higher than the starting price. Past experience shows that during trading the price can increase by hundreds or even thousands of times.
Funds from privatization are sent directly to the state budget, where, in particular, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are financed.
We remind you that the State Property Fund is selling a single property complex of state enterprises in an online auction Plant Elektrobytpribor in Chernivtsi.
It was earlier reported that the former colony in Uman was sold for almost 200 times the starting price.
