The hryvnia strengthened significantly against the dollar and euro on the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Tuesday, July 30.
Thus, the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased by 20 kopecks to 41.30 Hryvnia (yesterday the decrease was 5 kopecks – ed.). The euro exchange rate also fell by 20 kopecks – to 44.90 hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 40.80 hryvnia, and euros for 44.20 hryvnia.

Yesterday, the National Bank reduced the dollar exchange rate against the Hryvnia for the sixth banking day in a row – UAH 41.0478 (-0.0502 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 44.4055 UAH (-0.2269 UAH).
Let us remind you that last week the structural deficit of foreign currency was reduced in the interbank market – the NBU sold $784.63 million. This is 17.4% lower than last week.
Also, in the past week, the official exchange rate of the hryvnia strengthened against the dollar by 40 kopecks – to UAH 41.09.
