The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased to UAH 41.55, and the euro exchange rate decreased to UAH 45.20.
The hryvnia exchange rate slightly strengthened against the dollar and the euro on the cash market on the last working day of the week. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Friday, July 26.

The average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine decreased by another 5 kopecks, to 41.55 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate fell by 10 kopecks, to 45.20 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars on average for 41.05 UAH, and euros for 44.50 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 41.13-41.15 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 10 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Last day, the National Bank reduced the dollar to hryvnia exchange rate for the fourth time in a row – UAH 41.1977 (-0.0197 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 44.683 UAH (-0.0214 UAH).
As you know, last week the dollar exchange rate regularly updated its historical record. Overall, in July the official exchange rate of the Hryvnia decreased by 2.6%, or by UAH 1.04. Since the beginning of 2024, the dollar at the official exchange rate has become more expensive by 9.2%, or by UAH 3.49.
But in recent days the trend has changed – the hryvnia has again gained some ground against the dollar. Yesterday, the head of the National Bank, Andrei Pyshny, said that the stability of the foreign exchange market has been restored.
