Over the past 24 hours, DTEK repair teams managed to restore electricity supply to more than 30 settlements of Donetsk region and Dnipropetrovsk region. The energy holding announced this on Thursday, July 25.
So, in the Donetsk region, electrical engineers continue to work to restore light to people after regular Russian shelling. Within 24 hours, it is possible to provide electricity to the homes of 8.7 thousand families in the frontline region.
The aggressor also continues to shoot in the south of the Dnepropetrovsk region, as a result of which the houses of the residents of this region are also cut. Here, within 24 hours, power engineers were able to restore electricity to 1.6 thousand families.
The company recalled that during the full-scale war, in some settlements close to the combat zone, the power was restored dozens of times and the repair teams continued to do it again and again, despite the danger and shelling.
“DTEK energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate the damage as soon as possible. They will start work as soon as they receive permission and access to the place of damage from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service,” said of the message.

And in June, DTEK resumed electricity supplies to more than 340 thousand Ukrainians in the regions of Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kyiv.
