The company is performing technical work on the application tonight. However, tickets can be purchased on the website, at the box office and through chatbots.

On the evening of July 21, the Ukrzaliznytsia application for buying train tickets will temporarily not work. The company reported this related to technical work.

“The technical work will increase the power and performance of the application,” said Ukrzaliznytsia.

It is noted that from 23:00 to 7:00 you can buy tickets at the station ticket offices, through chat bots or on the website booking.uz.gov.ua.

We remind you that on Friday morning a large-scale technical failure in Microsoft systems led to delays in the work of various structures in many countries around the world, especially in airports. Train carriers, media outlets, banks and other companies encountered technical problems.

The planet stopped. Global IT failure
