Mobile operator subscribers complain that they cannot make calls to the phone because it has been dropped.

The Nova Poshta company is warning customers about a technical glitch, especially with some software updates. The company announced this on its Telegram channel.

“Due to some software updates, there has been a technical glitch in the customer service system,” the message said.

The reasons for the failure have been clarified, and the work will be continued in the near future, Nova Poshta added.

“As soon as we get up, we’ll definitely let you know,” the company added.

In addition, mobile operator Vodafone is also experiencing an outage. Subscribers of the mobile operator Vodafone are complaining that they cannot make phone calls. When you try to call, the call is immediately hung up.

More problems were found with the Sense Bank application.
