Ukraine received an additional loan from Japan

In May, Japan gave Ukraine a $ 100 million loan on favorable terms. and eventually decided to increase it by another 500 million.

Ukraine has received an additional loan of approximately $ 500 million (65 billion yen) from Japan, the press service of the Ministry of Finance reported on Monday, June 27th.

The loan is granted for 30 years, including an extended period of 10 years; interest rate – 1% per annum.

It noted that funds were sent to the state budget to fund priority spending on social and humanitarian, health care.

Earlier, Ukraine received a preperential loan of $ 100 million from Japan.

In mid -June, the total amount of declared and provided assistance to Ukraine by the allies was $ 30 billion. So far, Kyiv has received approximately $ 7 billion.
