On July 4, agricultural producers of Ukraine threshed 3.36 million tons of grain and leguminous crops on a total area of 967.2 thousand hectares. The average yield is 34.8 c/ha. Ukrinform reports this with reference to data from the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the most wheat was threshed – 1.63 million tons were collected from 482.2 thousand hectares with a yield of 33.8 c/ha.
Barley was harvested from an area of 402.7 thousand hectares, 1.56 million tons were threshed with a yield of 38.9 c/ha.
166.4 thousand tons of peas were harvested (yield – 200.3 c/ha) and 0.4 thousand tons of other grain and leguminous crops.
