SCM investment group transferred high-speed CB90 armored assault ships to Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate. This was reported by the press service of the group of companies metinvest, included in SCM.
“As part of a military initiative Iron Front Rinat Akhmetov, the soldiers of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) were given three CB90 ships worth a total of 165 million UAH,” the statement said.
According to the head of the project office Metinvest Alexandra Vodoviza, these ships have a high speed on the water and are very maneuverable to “perform the most difficult tasks.” Such ships can be used for landing operations, water area surveillance, and also serve as special fire support vessels.

It was previously reported that the SCM group provided 10 electronic warfare systems to the soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade. In total, Akhmetov’s company, according to the SCM press service, from the beginning of the entire invasion of Russia, until the end of May 2024, 9 billion UAH was allocated to help the citizens of Ukraine and the Ukrainian needs Armed Forces.
