There are vacancies for ZNPP employees in the company’s structural divisions in Netishin, Varash, Yuzhnoukrainsk, Slavutych and Kyiv.
ZNPP employees still receive 2/3 of their wages or an official salary for forced downtime. However, long periods of downtime could negatively affect their level of qualifications, the state-owned company believes.
“Consequently Energoatom Zaporizhzhya NPP employees are encouraged to contact the Personnel Directorate for transfer to vacant positions. This will allow you to maintain your professional skills, master new specialties, and provide yourself with a full salary,” the statement said.
For such workers there are vacancies in the company’s divisional structures in Netishin, Varash, Yuzhnoukrainsk, Slavutych and Kyiv. The workers were promised to be given the necessary training and reservation for military service.
“In the case of refusal to fill vacant positions in the company, the NAEC will be forced to review the terms of employment of Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant workers who are on forced downtime and consider the issue of temporary suspension of employment contracts, ” added the company.
Since the beginning of a massive war Energoatom employed 539 workers of the occupied Zaporozhye nuclear plant in other positions. In addition, 710 people work on business trips and travel. The company transferred 2,177 ZNPP employees remaining in the temporarily occupied territories to idle time with an increased salary to the amount of an official salary.
Let’s recall that earlier the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, announced three direct hits on the protective structures of the main reactor of the Zaporizhia NPP. Rosatom traditionally blamed the Ukrainian military for the strike.
British experts have evidence that the Russians staged an unmanned attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
