Most often, citizens of Turkey, Uzbekistan, Poland and the United States create businesses in Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the general war, foreigners have established 2,652 companies in Ukraine. This was reported by Opendatabot, a platform for working with open data.
In total, citizens from 100 countries invested money in Ukraine during the war. Most often, citizens of Turkey, Uzbekistan, Poland and the USA create businesses.
Turkish citizens are the owners of 354 Ukrainian companies. This is 13% of the total number of new businesses with foreign beneficial owners.
In second place are the citizens of Uzbekistan, who are the owners of 274 new Ukrainian companies. This is 10% of the total. The top three are completed by Polish citizens – 193 businesses, which is 7%.
Also, many businesses in Ukraine were opened by citizens of the USA, Kazakhstan, Germany, Azerbaijan and Israel. It should be noted that a company can have more than one owner.

The largest business opened by foreigners since the beginning of the general war is the company TENS1MA LLC with an authorized capital of UAH 1.28 billion. The owner of the business is a citizen of Armenia.
In second place is JSC Closed Non-diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund Yugen. The authorized capital of this company is UAH 700 million, and the real owner is a citizen of the United States.
The third largest company is LFS LLC with an authorized capital of UAH 300 million, owned by a Polish citizen.
We remind you that in the first quarter of 2024, Ukrainians opened more than 74 thousand new individual entrepreneurs, which is 33.6% more than in the same period last year.
