The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the sale of a single property complex of the State Enterprise Lokhvitsky Distillery. The auction is scheduled for May 23, and the acceptance of proposals will last until May 22, said the head of the State Property Fund Vitaly Koval.
A single property complex is being put up for auction, which includes 139 real estate properties with a total area of 28.6 thousand square meters. m, as well as 21 vehicles, including a diesel locomotive and 1,117 units of other machinery and equipment.

It is reported that the auction will take place on May 23 on the Prozorro.Sales system. The starting price of the lot is UAH 11.22 million (excluding VAT).
Koval argued that the privatization of the Lokhvitsky distillery, in particular, opens up the possibility of bioethanol production. The Poltava region, where the plant is located, is one of the leaders in the cultivation of grain crops and sugar beets, so that the plant can be provided with a sufficient amount of local raw materials.
We remind you that the State Property Fund is selling a state-owned agricultural company with a hotel for UAH 43 million. The property complex includes buildings and land plots in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, in particular, a hotel in Kyiv with an area of 1.8 thousand m².
It was also reported that the procedure for the privatization of the state part of the Ocean Plaza shopping center has begun.
