The head of ARMA, Elena Duma, said that the auction house refused to organize the auction because of the “resistance” of the traitorous oligarch.
The auction house, which was supposed to organize the sale of the arrested Royal Romance yacht, refused to sign the contract because of “Medvedchuk’s resistance.” This was said by the head of ARMA Elena Duma on Telegram on Tuesday, May 14.
“On April 30, 2024, the auction house Troostwijk Auctions (Netherlands) informed ARMA in a letter about its refusal to extend the negotiations on signing an agreement with the bidding organization, as they are confidential is definitely related to Medvedchuk’s fight,” he said.
The offer to sell the 92-meter yacht Royal Romance on May 1 was transferred to the second-place bidder – Boathouse Auctions (USA).
ARMA is currently discussing “all legal issues and legal safeguards for holding an auction,” Duma added.
