On the interbank market, the American currency fell by 8 kopecks to 39.46-39.52 UAH/dollar.
The National Bank of Ukraine lowered the official dollar exchange rate after yesterday’s growth. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Thursday, May 2.
So, for tomorrow the dollar exchange rate is set at UAH 39.5345 (-0.1025). The euro slightly increased in price – 42.3098 hryvnia per 1 euro (+0.0112).
In the interbank market, the American currency fell by 8 kopecks – to 39.46-39.52 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the close on May 1.
And in exchange offices the dollar exchange rate dropped to 39.82 UAH/selling dollar.
Remind us that in April, Ukrainians increased their purchases of foreign currency by a quarter. In general, since the beginning of this year, the population of Ukraine bought more than $3.2 billion from banks.
