Energy holding DTEK launched the Veteran+ health insurance program for military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine returning to work in enterprises. This was announced by the company’s executive director Dmitry Sakharuk during the Forbes SuperPeople forum.

“All employees of the company, about 50 thousand people, are provided with voluntary medical insurance and for veterans, a separate program has been created, called Veteran+ Here we have increased the annual insurance amount for additional coverage of diagnostics, rehabilitation and medicines Treatment of chronic diseases or other specific needs is provided This program is now introduced at DTEK Energy.
Sakharuk added that in addition to employees in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the company also supports their families.
“Because often, when a man is at the front, there is no time or opportunity to physically do many things, we help and support families,” explained the executive director.
In addition, according to him, handling also helps to adapt veterans and their return to civilian life, providing them with all legal and psychological assistance, opportunities for recovery or retraining.
