In the interbank market, the American currency rose by 12 kopecks to 39.79-39.81 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine again increased the official exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia, which is why it updated the historical maximum. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Friday, April 19.
So, on the first day of the new week, the dollar is worth 39.7879 UAH (+0.1842 UAH). The highest rate was yesterday – 39.6037 UAH/dollar.
In turn, the euro also rose in price, and on Monday its rate will be 42.3821 UAH (+0.1032 UAH).
In the interbank market, the American currency rose by 12 kopecks to 39.79-39.81 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate increased by 15 kopecks to 40.00 UAH/dollar.
Earlier on Friday it became known that both the dollar and the euro reached a psychological milestone in the Ukrainian exchange offices.
