The average dollar selling rate increased to 39.50 hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased to 43.00 hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate began to fall again against the dollar and euro on the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to monitoring data on Thursday, March 28.
The average dollar selling rate increased by 15 kopecks to 39.50 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate increased by 5 kopecks to 43.00 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 39.00 UAH, and euros for 42.30 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 39.34-39.37 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 6 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
Meanwhile, the National Bank yesterday reduced the exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia after it reached a historic high of UAH 39.2273 (-0.1157 UAH). In turn, the euro is worth 42.442 UAH (-0.2491 UAH).
Let us remind you that last week the National Bank sharply increased the sale of foreign currency. This is happening for the third time in a row.
