“We lost almost half of our energy capacity. This, in fact, are the consequences of today’s attack,” said Sakharuk.

“We need external help here – both the European Energy Recovery Fund and USAID. We need fruitful coordination with the Ministry of Energy to quickly identify all the damage, order equipment and get help, because it’s huge measure, ” stressed the executive to the director.
He added that the damaged equipment is made to order and the quick placing of orders and the help of partners can allow the damaged equipment to be restored as soon as possible.
