In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 39.09-39.14 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine again increased the dollar exchange rate against the hryvnia to a historic maximum. Meanwhile, the euro exchange rate fell, according to data on the regulator’s website on Wednesday, March 20.
So, the official dollar exchange rate for tomorrow is set at 39.1399 UAH per 1 dollar (+0.0061 UAH). The previous maximum was recorded the day before – 39.1338 Hryvnia per 1 dollar.
In turn, the euro is worth 42.4394 UAH (-0.0247 UAH).
In the interbank market, the American currency fell by 3 kopecks to 39.09-39.14 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate increased by 15 kopecks to UAH 39.35.
As you know, in recent days the dollar exchange rate has increased by about 1 Hryvnia. And the official exchange rate of the NBU on March 20 crossed the 39 hryvnia mark for the first time.
Meanwhile, the National Bank said that this situation in the foreign exchange market is not a cause for concern.
