The net income of McDonald’s Ukraine Ltd reached 1.29 billion hryvnias by the end of 2023.
McDonald’s fast food restaurant chain in Ukraine in 2023 increased revenue 3.9 times compared to last year – to 12.9 billion Hryvnia. Interfax-Ukraine reported this in connection with OpenDatabot data on Monday, March 18.
It is indicated that the net profit of the business is 1.29 billion hryvnia against a loss of 2 billion hryvnia in 2022.
At the same time, the value of assets of McDonald’s Ukraine Ltd was 5.54 billion hryvnias, and the value of liabilities increased 2.3 times – to 829.7 million hryvnias.
The number of company employees in 2023 increased by 7% – to 9,614 people.
We remind you that after the mass invasion in Russia, McDonald’s establishments suspended operations in Ukraine. But from September 20, 2022, McDonald’s began a phased opening of restaurants in Ukraine. It was accompanied by great excitement.
