The Kusum group of pharmaceutical companies, which includes Gledpharm LTD LLC, has been helping Ukrainian medical, volunteer, and military institutions since the first day of a full-scale war. The total amount of this assistance has already exceeded 170 million hryvnias, the company reported.

Even before the start of the full Russian invasion, the company was organizing civilian shelters and actively fighting disinformation about the situation in Ukraine in the international information space. And from the first days of the war to the present, the manufacturer provides special support to medical institutions with medicines.

The total cost of medicines provided by the company exceeded 40 million hryvnias. More than 400 hospitals and non-profit organizations have already received the necessary medical supplies, and the aid has often been delivered in difficult conditions, even during shelling.

During the occupation of the city of Sumy, the company saved the lives of 750 foreign students. For more than 20 days, they were given drinking water and food, and for the first time, the students were taken to a safer part of the country.

Already in the first days of a full-scale war, the Kusum group of companies transferred 11 million hryvnias to the accounts of the National Bank for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With the active participation of the company and with the help of the Ukrainian Embassy in India, the Indian Embassy in Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indian Air Force, in the first weeks of a massive war, 25 tons of humanitarian aid worth about 52 million Hryvnias was collected and delivered to Ukraine.

In addition, in May 2022, the company donated 20 service vehicles to the Armed Forces. At the same time, a second batch of humanitarian aid arrived from India.

In the fall of 2022, the company organized a fundraiser for CELOX hemostatic wipes for the Ukrainian military and donated sets of warm clothes and thermal underwear, as well as potbelly stoves, to the front. Later, portable power stations were purchased for the needs of the Security Service of Ukraine.

When blackouts began in Ukrainian cities in the fall of 2022, the company provided hundreds of elevators in apartment buildings and civilian facilities with “safety shields,” containing drinking water, food, and primary medicine.

In 2023, with the help of the Kusum company, a square was built in Kyiv, and then a full-fledged park for all residents and guests of the capital.

Kusum continues to provide work and support for the Ukrainian military, as well as victims of Russian aggression and civilians. For its contribution, the company received an award from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “For Services to the Ukrainian People”, as well as an award from the President of Ukraine.
