The average cash dollar selling rate increased to UAH 38.55, and the euro exchange rate increased to UAH 42.15.
The hryvnia exchange rate fell against the dollar and euro at exchange offices at the beginning of the week. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Monday, March 11.
The average selling rate of the dollar increased by 10 kopecks to 38.55 Hryvnia, the euro rate increased by 10 kopecks to 42.15 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 38.00 UAH, and euros for 41.45 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 38.18-38.22 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 4 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
The National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate to UAH 38.141 (+0.0574 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 41.6957 UAH (+0.2074 UAH).
We remind you that last week the National Bank’s net dollar sales decreased to $133.69 million. This is the lowest number in 11 months.
It has also been reported that e-hryvnia will be tested in Ukraine. It will not replace the cash or non-cash form of the hryvnia, but will be their addition, the NBU assured.
