An online auction for the privatization of the state block of shares (50% + 1 share) of the authorized capital of PJSC is planned for March 11 Rivne Radio Engineering Plant. It is reported by the State Property Fund.

PJSC has 7 real estate assets on its balance sheet with a total area of 68,795 m².
The real estate assets owned by PJSC are located on a land plot with a total area of 11.3 hectares and have a communal form of ownership. The intended purpose of the land plot is the placement and operation of the main, subsidiary and auxiliary buildings and structures of processing, engineering and other industries.
In the business territory there is a storage facility with a total area of 2,555.5 m², which is not subject to privatization.
The company has debts, including overdue accounts payable by the company amounting to 18.5 million UAH.
