The selling rate of the dollar in exchange offices remained at UAH 38.60, and the euro rate increased to UAH 42.05.
The hryvnia exchange rate remains stable against the dollar in the cash market. At the same time, the euro exchange rate is growing, reports RBC-Ukraine, citing monitoring data on Wednesday, March 6.
So, this morning the dollar selling rate did not change – 38.60 Hryvnia, and the euro rate increased by 5 kopecks – to 42.05 Hryvnia.
Exchange offices bought dollars for an average of 38.10 UAH, and euros for 41.35 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 38.36-38.39 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 3 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
The National Bank of Ukraine increased the dollar exchange rate for the third day in a row – to UAH 38.3943 (+0.0808 UAH). Today’s euro exchange rate is 41.6463 UAH (+0.1030 UAH).
We remind you that in the past week, the NBU divided the sales in the interbank market – at $320.9 million. At the same time, the regulator has bought a record amount of money since November 2022.
It was also found that in February, Ukrainians reduced their currency purchases by a quarter.
