In the interbank market, the American currency rate increased by another 12 kopecks to 38.39-38.42 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine raised the dollar exchange rate for the third day in a row. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Tuesday, March 5.
The official exchange rate for Wednesday was set at 38.3943 UAH per 1 dollar (+0.0808 UAH). In turn, the euro tomorrow is worth 41.6463 UAH (+0.1030 UAH).
Today in the interbank market the American currency rate increased by 12 kopecks to 38.39-38.42 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) compared to the previous day’s close.
In the cash market, the dollar exchange rate was stable and did not change until the end of the working day – 38.60 UAH/dollar.
We remind you that in the past week, the NBU divided the sales in the interbank market – at $320.9 million. At the same time, the regulator has bought a record amount of money since November 2022.
It was also found that in February, Ukrainians reduced their currency purchases by a quarter.
