The average cash dollar selling rate increased to UAH 38.35, and the euro exchange rate increased to UAH 41.65.
The hryvnia exchange rate fell significantly against the dollar and the euro on the first working day of the new week. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with market monitoring data on Monday, February 19.
The average selling rate of the dollar increased by 25 kopecks to 38.35 Hryvnia, the euro rate increased by 30 kopecks to 41.65 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 37.85 UAH, and euros for 40.95 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency rate is at the level of 38.19-38.24 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 19 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
The National Bank of Ukraine today slightly increased the dollar exchange rate to UAH 37.9719 (+0.0235 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 40.8919 UAH (+0.1201 UAH).
Earlier it became known that in the past week the National Bank sold the highest currency for the month. At the same time, the dollar exchange rate on the interbank market increased by about 50 kopecks and for the first time in a month exceeded 38 UAH/dollar.
