The average cash dollar selling rate increased to UAH 38.40. At the same time, the euro exchange rate fell to 41.65 hryvnia.
The hryvnia exchange rate fell again against the dollar in the cash market. RBC-Ukraine reported this in connection with monitoring data on Wednesday, February 14.
Today, the average selling rate of the dollar increased by another 10 kopecks, to 38.40 Hryvnia. At the same time, the euro exchange rate decreased by 5 kopecks to UAH 41.65.
Exchange offices bought dollars on average for 37.90 UAH, and euros for 40.95 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency rate is at the level of 38.15-38.17 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 1 kopeck compared to the previous day’s close.
The day before, the National Bank increased the dollar exchange rate to the maximum for the previous month – to 38.1264 UAH (+0.2313 UAH). In turn, the euro is worth 41.1212 UAH (+0.3120 UAH).
Let’s remember that last week the dollar was relatively stable. And the National Bank for the sixth time in a row reduced the sale of foreign currency in the interbank market – to $201 million. This is the lowest volume since the beginning of April 2023.
