Ukraine’s NJSC Naftogaz has announced a large-scale cyber attack on one of its data centers. This was reported by the company’s press service on Telegram on Thursday, January 25.
“A large-scale cyber attack was recorded on one of the data centers used by our companies. Now our websites and call centers are not working,” the message said.
Naftogaz will also inform you about the resumption of services.
We remind you that this morning the State Service of Ukraine for Transportation Safety reported a technical failure in the work of the Shlyakh information system.
On December 12, 2023, the largest mobile operator in Ukraine, Kyivstar, experienced a cyber attack, the consequences of which lasted at least 48 hours, affecting the company’s mobile and data services. As a result of the cyber attack, more than half of the population of Ukraine was left without mobile communications and the Internet. Kyivstar said that no leaks of clients’ personal data have been recorded.
