The average dollar selling rate decreased by 15 kopecks to 38.15 Hryvnia, and the euro exchange rate decreased by 10 kopecks to 41.75 Hryvnia.
Today, exchange offices buy dollars for an average of 37.65 UAH, and euros for 41.00 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency is at the level of 37.45-37.49 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – an increase of 3 kopecks compared to the previous day’s close.
The National Bank today reduced the dollar exchange rate to its lowest for the month – 37.4521 UAH per 1 dollar (-0.0747 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 40.7928 UAH per 1 euro (-0.0476 UAH).
We remind you that last week the deficit of foreign currency in the interbank market decreased significantly. NBU sold $530.90 million – a decrease in sales of more than 20% compared to the previous week ($673.27 million).
