On the interbank market, the price of the American currency rose to the level of 37.87-38.91 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
The National Bank of Ukraine raised the dollar exchange rate on the first working day of the week after a prolonged decline. This was confirmed by data on the regulator’s website on Monday, January 15.
The official exchange rate for Tuesday is set at UAH 37.8641. for 1 dollar (+0.0255 UAH). The euro exchange rate tomorrow will be 41.4763 UAH per 1 euro (+0.0884 UAH).
In the interbank market today, the price of the American currency rose by 2 kopecks – to 37.87-38.91 UAH/dollar (buying and selling).
At the same time, in exchange offices the dollar exchange rate decreased by 5 kopecks – to 38.90 UAH/dollar.
Let us remind you that in recent days the dollar exchange rate has decreased significantly and fell below 38 Hryvnia in the interbank market. The reason is the decrease in the deficit of foreign currency in the interbank market, which is why the NBU reduced the sale of dollars.
