Romanian farmers on Sunday, January 14, once again blocked the Siret checkpoint on the Ukrainian border. This was reported by the press center of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

It was noted that around 14:00, representatives of the Romanian border police reported that Romanian farmers and agrarians continued to block the movement of goods to the Siret checkpoint.

The Romanian checkpoint is located opposite the Ukrainian checkpoint Porubnoye, located in the Chernivtsi region.

“Registration of all types of vehicles, as well as pedestrians, for departure from Ukraine is carried out in accordance with the established procedure,” said the border guards.

We remind you that yesterday, January 13, Romanian farmers also blocked the movement of trucks at the Siret checkpoint. The blockade lasted five hours.
