Looking at the development of Cosmolot online casino, we can conclude that it is possible to build a successful gaming business legally in Ukraine.

From the first days of the legalization of gambling, the company did everything to get a KRAIL license to organize casino games online and became the first Ukrainian platform to receive official permission to operate.

A logical question arises: who is the owner of Cosmolot, which not only remains afloat in difficult times, but also actively develops business, while helping the Ukrainian army?

Spacex LLC – owner of the Cosmolot brand

Spacex Limited Liability Company received the Cosmolot trademark rights in 2020. In a short time, the company rebranded and achieved several achievements:

  • 2020 – legalization of gaming sector in Ukraine;

  • 2020 – TM Kosmolot receipt;

  • 2021 – company receives KRAIL license;

  • 2021 – TM Cosmolot registration.

Today, Cosmolot is a shining example of a responsible gaming business that brings billions of hryvnias in tax payments to the Ukrainian treasury.

Arnulf Damerau is the new co-owner of a licensed online casino

In the summer of 2023, by increasing the authorized capital, the British investor Arnulf Damerau became the new co-owner of Cosmolot. He is known as the founder of EuroAtlanticGroup based in London, which invests in real estate, the construction of green energy stations, the purchase of hotels and software development.

According to Arnulf, he sees great prospects in the post-war development of the Ukrainian economy, and now he calls its IT sector one of the leading in the world. In the future, Damerau plans to expand investments in real estate, as well as return to a project to generate green energy in our country.

Aid to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and payment of taxes by Kosmolot

If we talk about the contribution of Cosmolot to the Ukrainian economy, it is enough to name the amount of UAH 1 billion. This is exactly how much Cosmolot transferred to the treasury in the first half of 2023 alone. And this does not count the help that the company provides on the Ukrainian front:

  • UAH 100 million was invested in the creation of the first Ukrainian air fleet of 50 Punisher attack UAVs;

  • initiated the Brave Inventors project, which promotes innovation in the development of Ukrainian weapons and attracts investors to finance discoveries;

  • buy weapons for UAH 6.5 million;

  • transferred 3.5 million UAH to “Turn Around Alive” and United24 background.

Kosmolot also financed the purchase of three vehicles and a trailer for the front, equipment for repairing protective structures (chainsaw, oil for them, adapters, spikes, etc.), 25 kamikaze drones, 2 plotters, 29 thermal imagers, 26 radio stations, 3 rangefinders and much more. .

This position of the Cosmolot management sets an example for other representatives of Ukrainian business and shows that only by joining forces we can get closer to our success.
