Gazprom reduced exports by almost a third

In five and a half months, Russia has exported less than 65 billion cubic meters of gas.

Since the beginning of 2022, Gazprom’s exports to non-CIS countries have fallen by 28.9% and reached 65.6 billion cubic meters of gas, the company reported on Wednesday, June 15th.

This year, the company produced 226 billion cubic meters. m of gas, which is 6.4% (15.5 billion cubic meters) less than last year.

Gazprom has noticed an increase in supplies to China.

On the eve it was learned that Gazprom will reduce gas supplies through the Nord Stream-1 gas pipeline by 40%, explaining this by equipment repair problems. At the same time, transit to Ukraine has not increased.

As you know, in January-April, Gazprom reduced gas transit to Ukraine by 35.7% to 9 billion cubic meters.
