The Cabinet of Ministers has not issued permission for the export of coal, fuel oil and gas from its own production this year.
The government has expanded the list of goods, its exports and imports are subject to licensing, and quotas for 2022.
According to Decree No. 666 of May 7, the export of coal, fuel oil and gas of Ukrainian production is subject to licensing, but zero quotas are set for it:
-
fuel oil
-
carbon, anthracite; briquettes, pellets and similar solid fuels derived from hard coal (except coking coal)
-
natural gas of Ukrainian origin.
It will be recalled that the government ordered Naftogaz to store 19 billion cubic meters of gas during the heating season. At the beginning of June, there were more than 10 billion cubic meters in underground storage facilities.
Russia’s oil and gas revenues were calculated during the war
